Last training session will be Tuesday 22nd December and return on Saturday 2nd January.

UPDATE –
With the Welsh Government announcing new restrictions will come into effect from 19th December at midnight instead of during the Christmas period. This will mean non-essential retail, close contact services, gyms and leisure centres and hospitality will close.
We will have to wait from the Welsh Government when these restrictions will be lifted. As a club we will provide online Zoom classes for land training. These will be posted via our social app.
